Is this program specifically for children with ADHD or focus challenges?

While our Focus & Agility program is open to all children, it is specifically structured to benefit those who struggle with impulse control, following multi-step directions, or high energy levels. Master Slomovitz’s 30 years of experience, combined with his background as a professional accountant, ensures a logical, structured environment that provides the “external focus” many neurodivergent children crave.

Where is Slomovitz Elite Taekwondo located?

We are conveniently located in Lewis Center, Ohio, right near the intersection of Polaris Parkway and US-23. Many of our families come to us from the Lewis Center, Powell, and Westerville areas because of our specialized approach to youth development.

What ages do you accept for the 6-week program?

We offer two specialized tracks for this program:
• Ages 3-5 (Panda Class): Focuses on basic motor skills, following “first-time” instructions, and social agility.
• Ages 5-12 (Standard Class): Focuses on discipline, complex coordination, and the mental grit needed to succeed in school and life.

Does my child need to attend specific "Focus & Agility" times?

No. To make it as easy as possible for busy Lewis Center families, this program is integrated into our normal class schedule. Because we offer Unlimited Classes, you can choose the days and times that work best for your family’s routine.

What is the "Consistency Guarantee"?

Most martial arts schools near Polaris Parkway limit students to two classes per week. As an accountant, Master Slomovitz knows that consistency is the key to a high “Return on Investment” for your child’s behavior. Our Unlimited Class model means your child can train as often as they need to reinforce their new habits—at no extra cost.

My child has never done sports before. Will they feel out of place?

Not at all. Most of our new students start with zero experience. Our 3-6 assistant instructors are specifically trained to mentor children 1-on-1 during their first few weeks to ensure they feel confident and supported on the mats.
